Melissa DePalermo, Administrative Assistant

Melissa has been serving as the church Administrative Assistant since 1999. Prior to that, she was the Nursery Director for one year. Melissa is responsible for all church publications, maintaining membership records, scheduling the facility use, to name just a few of her job areas. Melissa attended Angelo State University, is a Certified Methodist Church Secretary, is a member of the Professional Administrators of the United Methodist Connectional Structure and has been a member of FUMC all of her life.

Melissa and her husband Troy have three children, Colby, Kacey and Kaitlyn. Between her job and family, there is little time left for much else.

Bonnie Dixon, Financial Administrator

As the Financial Administrator of the church since 2006, Bonnie performs FUMC’s accounting services such as bookkeeping, payroll, IRS reporting and other financial and budgeting services.

Bonnie is a long time resident of Seguin (since the mid 1970's). She has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from TLU and a Master's in Business Management from the University of the Incarnate Word. Bonnie worked for twenty five years with Motorola as an Accountant. She has previous church experience at St. Andrews Episcopal. 

Mozzelle Dempster, Receptionist

Mozzelle Dempster is the newest member of our staff at FUMC. She comes to us with a background in accounting, and customer service since 1985.  Mozzelle is responsible for the weekly bulletin and monthly newsletter, among other things.

Mozzelle graduated from Seguin High School and Vancouver School of Business. 

Mozzelle grew upon on the lake in McQueeney and in Seguin.  She and husband, Kelly, also a lifelong Seguinite, moved around the country as Kelly served in the US Navy.  They finally resettled in Seguin in 1989.  They have 2 grown children and 5 grandchildren.  Of course, the grandchildren are the focus of Mozzelle’s life.
